Frustrated with the IAP system / Blocked during free promo
Someone claimed the premium IAP while it was free today on her iPad. I then wanted to claim the IAP for myself, but the app claimed my premium status was already unlocked. This is really frustrating. I then tried from a completely different device, but it tells me the exact same thing, even though we are using two separate iTunes accounts with no Family Sharing enabled. No transaction was actually made on my account, and I am completely blocked from getting the premium status.
There is a major bug with how IAPs are recognized across different accounts. I would appreciate it if the developer could look into this.
