im having a issue with recovering the correct code

i tried to recover a recently deleted code and it does not work. there is another one locked behind a paywall i cannot access and its not in my recently deleted. please help!

Update: Issue was Fixed (per developer response)

They used to give 3 free slots free of charge. Now they limited it to one free slot, and unexpectedly locked the other 2 behind a paywall, even for users that already registered 3 codes for free. They are now holding user’s codes hostage unless they pay for the premium version to unlock their other 2 codes. Super deceptive and shady practice, find another authenticatior.
