Help

I need customer support When I got a new phone the app lost all my data and now I cannot login to Microsoft. To get customer support you have to use the authenticator app (a design fault?). Can a human contact me for assistance? Called microsoft but their ai bot Could not help. Told me to use this app. Google is much easier than this.

unexpected subscription charge $59.99

I was charged $59.99 without intentionally subscribing. I did not mean to purchase this app, and there was no clear warning that I was agreeing to a paid subscription.

I immediately requested a refund, but I have not received my money back. This is very disappointing and stressful.

Please improve transparency about subscription charges and provide proper customer support when users request refunds. I cannot recommend this app based on my experience.

PREDATORY SCAM - STAY AWAY

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. This app is predatory "fleeceware." It impersonates the official Microsoft/Google Authenticator apps but forces a $79 subscription for a service that is 100% free everywhere else. If you downloaded this, check your Apple ID Subscriptions immediately and cancel it before they take your money. I am reporting this to Apple for fraud.

Refunded money

I mistook this app for the real Microsoft Authenticator app and then before I could blink I had a subscription activated and money out of my account! They refunded my money with no fuss .

Worst app in the whole App Store even in existence ever EVER

Wont even let me add an account even though I watched the video and contacted support genuinely the worst authentication app in existence I would rather just travel to Antarctica to approve my identity rather than using this monstrosity

Where does it send the code?

Bought it yesterday I can’t access the federal government site to import car, where is it supposed to send the code, don’t receive anything so can’t access my account, I not it was very simple to download from Apple App Store and took my money in real time.

DISHONEST UNTRUSTWORTHY

Accidentally purchased this app so sent a refund submission immediately- they wanted all the information re purchase numbers etc (which I sent them) I AM STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND
!!

SCAM ALERT

Sadly there is no option for zero stars.

After reading the reviews I am just another victim of this scam app. I was also charged $60 for a yearly subscription.

I cancelled the subscription immediately and asked for my money back with no reply.
