Once Was Great
I was an early user of SAASPASS and originally recommended it. That is no longer the case.
The product has shifted from a simple, reliable authenticator into a bloated, paywalled system that prioritises enterprise features over basic user needs. Core expectations — such as straightforward device transfer and reliable recovery — are now either unreliable or gated behind paid tiers.
Recovery is the most serious failure. If you lose access or move devices, there is no clear, dependable fallback like SMS or simple recovery codes unless you have pre-configured everything perfectly in advance. That is not acceptable for an authentication app. Recovery should be robust and obvious, not fragile and hidden.
The iOS experience is also poor. The interface feels fragmented, autofill is inconsistent, and essential actions are harder than they should be. Compared to modern alternatives, it is unnecessarily complex.
Most users only need TOTP. Instead, you are pushed into paying for features you likely do not use, while the fundamentals — portability, recovery, and usability — have degraded.
This feels like a product that abandoned its original user base in favour of monetisation. I would not recommend it anymore.

WARNING! DONT BUY THIS APP!! No SMS Recovery Code / Disappointed with support
I’m updating my review I wrote last month. I’ve still had ZERO response from the DEV.
The support from the company is hands down GARBAGE-LY NON-EXISTENT.
I’ve been trying to recover my account since December 2024.
Status Quo is NOTHING NADA ZERO PROGRESS, No attempts made by this supposed USA based Dev.
Here’s my original review:
I’ve emailed support 4 or 5 times over the past 6 months trying to recover my account. I answer ALL of their questions thoroughly, but I NEVER get a response with some sort of resolution. I simply do not receive ANY sms codes when I request them. Why can Support not help me recover my account? Are they not able to verify who I am and provide a recovery code I can input? Can they not look up my account internally and maybe we can try changing the telephone number? Because I suspect my Cellular Carrier (ATT PREPAID, USA) is blocking or rejecting the SAASPASS SMS because it is originating from a VOIP based SMS Service/Short Code and ATT flags it as SPAM.
SAASPASS I love this APP but the support is very lacking. It is unfortunately actually quite BAD and NONEXISTENT.
HELP, Dag-Nabit!

Apple watch support
Love the app, been using for for a few years now.
Just recently got a apple watch and saw I could download the app on it but sadly it requires a sign in on phone.
Is there a possibility for a fix so I and others can sign in on the watch for easier codes Instead of having app on watch just is kinda pointless if you need to use phone for it.
