Thank you so much for sharing this — we're delighted your daughter is enjoying the games! Feedback like yours genuinely helps shape what we build next. On the animation: it's a fair observation. Our games are built in a game engine using a deliberately low-poly art style. This is partly a design choice — simpler visuals reduce sensory overload and help children focus on the learning goal of each game — and partly practical, as it keeps the games running smoothly on a wide range of mobile devices and tablets, including older ones many families rely on. That said, we're always refining our characters and animations, and newer games in the collection reflect this. We'd love for you to keep an eye out for upcoming updates. Hi, sorry to hear the app wasn't a good fit. Our games are designed with input from therapists and educators to support Autistic children with social skills, emotional regulation, and daily routines — but we know every child is different. We offer a free trial so families can try things out before committing. If you have any specific feedback on what wasn't working, we'd love to hear from you at hello@educationnetworkgroup.com. Hi, thanks for the feedback. Our characters are designed to be friendly and approachable for children, but we appreciate that visual style is subjective. We've had great feedback from families and children who love our characters, but we understand they might not be for everyone.
