2025-2026 models not supporting
When you will make updates to access 2025+ Can Am ? I was told 6 months ago update is coming and still nothing
Never connects
Nine times out of 10 my phone won't connect. For a couple of years it caused my entire Dash to shut off and turn back on just like I had shut the key off though the engine continued to run. finally figured out when I unplugged the ezlink out of the OBD2 port it solved all my vehicle electronics issues. A couple years later I decided to plug it back in and try again. after it updated it worked fine fora while. Right now it won't connect to my phone or my app. All I get from customer support is take it out of this vehicle and try it in a different vehicle.

Ezlynk install program
Went easy. Be nice to have printed instructions as you use your phone as the go between. Have not done anything-yet-but unplug intake air thottle throttle valve sensor and install program.

Really like the app, is super convenient but if I need to switch tunes my cell number phone has to be above 50 percent to transfer

As soon as I figure out where my new tune was, it was so easy to use turn it on, downloaded it and took care of the new program

Reach out on the chat only to be ridiculed and no help at all. You think these goofs would at least have respect for a mechanic of 25 years. Put the tune in and the trans wants to run 25-30 degrees hotter, shifts too much, can’t get help from these fools regarding the elementary tunes…. Like everything else, I’ll do it myself.

I love Auto Agent! If I have any issues, I’m able to diagnose it and reinstall software and get rolling again. This is the best of the best!

I hope the lifetime tunes that I bought when I bought my Auto Agent 2.0 back in 2019 stand the test of time I hope that I can continue to get lifetime tunes and I hope that when regulations change and Kory can write tunes for emissions, free vehicles again that those tunes will still be available with what I paid for.
