Reach out on the chat only to be ridiculed and no help at all. You think these goofs would at least have respect for a mechanic of 25 years. Put the tune in and the trans wants to run 25-30 degrees hotter, shifts too much, can’t get help from these fools regarding the elementary tunes…. Like everything else, I’ll do it myself.

I hope the lifetime tunes that I bought when I bought my Auto Agent 2.0 back in 2019 stand the test of time I hope that I can continue to get lifetime tunes and I hope that when regulations change and Kory can write tunes for emissions, free vehicles again that those tunes will still be available with what I paid for. Not sure why I am unable to connect to easy link. Very frustrating especially since I just had it done.
Worth it
I tried 2 other tuners prior to finding the EZ Lynk and neither met my needs. Bar far the auto agent 3 is the easiest and best system to use. Any tuner can over email send you tunes for any vehicle and multiple vehicles. Just super user friendly and very worth it.
Buggy software
It seems like there’s a software update every two weeks and it never fails to break the connection to your vehicle. They need better quality control, the developers that is.

Ease of use is the best part
I’ve been using the EZ LYNK Auto Agent for about 4 years now with zero problems. The only issue is that I’d like to hand over my truck to a technician via data transfer to properly tune my truck. But I want briefed on how to do that. I’m using the Rumble 3.0 tune on my 2017 Cummins and it seems to like it. Would purchase this tuner and programming again if given the opportunity.
