It's simple. Create a caller ID that speaks the name in a UK voice. Download the app, allow access to contacts and when some call the app will speak the name of the caller. Why is this so hard for Apple to do??????? Galaxy here I come!!!!

Annoying
Constantly prompts you to upgrade when you haven't even discovered how the free app is. Voices are too computerized sounding. It could be fun but I've already deleted it for these reasons.

Very Useful
I've always loved the concept of a voice telling me who was calling, my old LG phone did just that. This app does the job and the process of making and getting the ringtones is easy.
As with any text to speech, they can never get my name correctly, manipulating them works though, and gets it "spot on". The voice quality is quite clear too.
Haha now I know when to ignore and not the people who call! ; P

Extremely useful!
This is seriously the most amazing app I have on my phone because it increases my productivity by so much! When it tells you who's calling you don't have to reach into your pocket and look at the screen. Instead I just listen to it and if I don't want to answer just touch the Sleep button through my pocket to deny the call.
