Response from developer
Hi, and we're truly sorry for the trouble and frustration. 🙏 Safari extensions need to be enabled manually after installing, so the app may have looked like it wasn't working. Here are the steps — we hope they help. How to Enable the Safari Extension 📱 iPhone / iPad (iOS / iPadOS) 1. Install "Auto Scroller+ for Safari" from the App Store 2. Open the Settings app 3. Go to Apps → Safari → Extensions (On some iOS versions this may be Settings → Safari → Extensions) 4. Tap "Auto Scroller+" and turn it ON 5. Select "Allow" for All Websites, then tap Allow 6. Open a page in Safari, then launch the extension from the extension (puzzle) icon or the "aA" menu in the address bar 💻 Mac (macOS) 1. After installing from the App Store, launch the app once (it won't appear in Safari otherwise) 2. Open Safari → menu bar Safari → Settings → Extensions tab 3. Turn ON the checkbox for "Auto Scroller+" 4. Click the extension icon shown in the toolbar to use it 5. The first time, choose "Allow on This Website" or "Allow on Every Website" ▎ ⚠️ Common mistakes: ▎ 1. On Mac, never having launched the app itself ▎ 2. On iOS, not setting "Allow on All Websites" ▎ 3. The extension being off in Private Browsing mode --- How to Request a Refund (the user requests it from Apple) We're sorry, but as the developer we cannot issue refunds directly. You can request one from Apple: 1. In a browser, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID 2. Select "I'd like to request a refund" (or the relevant billing option) 3. Choose "Auto Scroller+ for Safari" 4. Select "Choose a problem", pick a reason, enter the details, and submit 5. Apple will review it, and you'll receive the result by email within a few days ※ On iPhone, you can also request it from Settings → (your name) → Media & Purchases → Purchase History. --- Thank you for your patience, and please don't hesitate to reach out if anything is still unclear. 🙏
