Paid Subscription No App
I have a year subscription which is not cheap. Unfortunately app doesn’t work. You load it and it says error to either try again or contact support. I’ve contacted support and sent them 2 emails so far with ZERO response. I even tried going through the support button on this app page and there it says you typed the website wrong. I typed nothing. I just clicked on THEIR support tab on this page. $100 dollars for no ability to use the app and with zero customer support….this is a scam.

Can’t login
After downloading and creating an account with Apple then I try to login and it just hangs. Have tried deleting and reinstalling the app.

I have read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy carefully and have decided not to use this app. The policies grant the company a broad license to use, modify, and share any content I upload, including personal and biographical information. They also state that my data may be used for AI training, shared with business partners, and transferred in the event of a merger or sale.
While I understand that some data use is necessary for AI apps, the policies do not clearly guarantee anonymization, and deletion of my content may not fully remove all copies. Because of these broad rights and the potential for indefinite retention or third-party use, I do not feel comfortable using this service. I hope the company considers clarifying data usage and providing stronger privacy protections.

Disappointed.
I have to say that ChatGPT would do a much much better job. The result is plainly bad despite me spending so much time with it recording. The story it produced has no detail. No background research, nothing that would even remotely qualify as autobiographical. Not worth it. Get a Voice notes app and feed it into Anthropic or ChatGPT and you’ll have much much more.

I cannot believe how quickly and accurately it captures my end of the conversation. Additionally, the questions it develops and asks you based on these personal experiences is astounding!
Request: if able, integrate into Apple fitness as mindfulness. These sessions are better than the ones available from Apple.
