Incredibly rude staff who shout at the customer and is defended by control room
If you want to be treated with respect don’t book. Been shouted at by not 1, but 2 separate drivers on 2 separate occasions. Very unprofessional. The app also has a few glitches where it doesn’t always tell me when the taxi is outside; and again I get an angry phone call. Don’t recommend. Also take 30 years to connect you to a driver

Would have left no stars if it was possible, booked for a taxi on numerous occasions and it takes them 45 min to find me a taxi, even once when they did give me a taxi the driver went to the wrong location cancelled my trip and they wouldn’t pay me back my money for a service I didn’t even use

Taxis never arrive for booking time when asked they said it’s just to get priority around this time. Making me late to work. They don’t start looking for the driver until after that time so why even have it as a feature

Horrendous experience
Driver went straight through a red light at a crossroads with my 8 year old in the car, I did wonder when I got in the car and he was hugging his steering wheel but assumed he was messing on his computer. Driver incompetent didn't say a word when I screamed asking what he was doing. Rung the base they said they would "ask him" not good enough I need a management reply. Okay ermmm I'll get someone to call, when? I don't know.

Booked a taxi for an important trip the night before and paid in advance. Collection time rolled around and at the set time the app “started finding a driver” which took 10 minutes, it then matched me with a driver 11 minutes away, so I’m due to be picked up 20 minutes later than my BOOKING was CONFIRMED for.
Why take advance bookings if you’re not going to assign a driver in advance?
Won’t be using again, wouldn’t recommend to anyone else that needs to be somewhere for a set time either.

Not bad but always cancel
Not a bad app pretty easy to use etc however every time you book they accept and even assign a driver….. then it says finding a driver? Then you get a test message about high demand
Can’t get into the app
I can’t get past putting my email in, try to reset my password in but it’s not working. When I reset the password it sends an email to me but I check everywhere and nothing has come through so I essentially can’t get into it. Not helpful when you’re already in the taxi and your only means of paying was through the app

Tried to set up an account but no code sent. Tried to delete app and load again but still nothing so can’t use it!
Rude staff and horrible service
Booked taxi waited nearly an hour for it so rang them up the guy was so rude n the driver got outside where I was n drived off without picking me up tried ringing him several times he finally answered n was rude was 1 minutes away then 10 so I cancel my booking wen he got to me n rang the firm up asking for my money don’t use

I have the most up to date version but I am not receiving a text message to my number in order to sign up and create an account
