Can’t Log in!
As others have stated, I can’t log in with a valid username and password. I logged into web browser fine but not the app. I triple checked every character but no luck. Useless app if people can’t sign in.
Terrible, borderline scam
Service provides little value, purchased reports are only available if you maintain an active subscription and subscriptions expire early.
Can’t login
You can enter the login info but the actual login button is under the keyboard and there isn’t a way to press the button. So the app is pretty much useless.
Can’t even Log in
I entered in my username and password but the keyboard will not go away so I can click log in! You can click anywhere else on the actual app so that the keyboard will close. And there is no button on the keyboard to minimize it
Doesn’t work
This app is useless. It won’t accept my credentials. I have verified my credentials via web browser, but this app can never log me in. Using web browser. Deleted this useless app from my device. Zero stars.
Move on to another app
You can’t get into the app. Wish I did cafax. I went to the app loaded my I’d and password and nope no match. Tried to change the password and nothing. Save the time.
Won’t recognize account info
Can’t actually use the app because it won’t recognize my account info, so I’m not able to log in. Pretty useless.

App doesn’t recognize my login but on the laptop version it works. Who wants to type in VIN numbers all f*uckn day. Fix this P. O. S. App for the small business people that make an honest living selling great used cars. THE OLD APP WORKED GREAT!!!
CustomerID does not work
How lame, the CustomerID field is too short for my email address, and I get an error saying that there are invalid characters, too. What brain dead developer tested this ?
Can’t login
I’m a paid member but can’t login. “ID contains an invalid character.” The only character in my ID is @ in my email address.

Looks like this is designed for commercial account not consumer. Junk. I deleted it as quickly as I downloaded it.

Worth the money
Easy to use . Valuable information which would save allot of money by buying the vehicle with the right history.
Very basic
Not really sure how it qualifies an app. Very basic in functionality. It is not able to login with finger print. Need to have enter user and password every time.
Scanner does not work well
The application could not possibly be any simpler. The problem with the application is the Vin scanner. I cannot ever get it to work. Why have the functionality if it is not useful?
NEEDS BUGS FIXED ASAP
The camera scanner doesn't autofocus (seriously?) which is a huge frustration when you only have seconds to make a decision to buy a car or not. The app also occasionally gets stuck on the previous car you searched which forces me to reinstall the app. If this app isn't improved, you force me to have to switch to CarFax. Please fix the problems with this app.

No useful customer service help
I paid for this application, and downloaded it on a Saturday morning, looking forward to using it during my weekend shopping for a new car. But, the mobile app would not recognize my password or username, even though if I signed onto a computer, I could log in. Neither the mobile app nor calling Experian worked because they're not open on the weekend. So the mobile app is of no use to me, and I should not of purchased it on the weekend.
