FRAUD COMPANY
This company is fraud .. dont pay any renewal charges to them. Request App store Management to remove such fraud apps from app store so that the people can be saved from such fraudsters
Location not showing proper
After renewal application still getting error and there is not working customer care number and other contact number which they are providd

Very poor support. Don’t bother to reply/ solve issues once they get the payment.
Application not working
This application has shown erratic results since last 2 years. Either it won’t load up and if it does, it is not displaying real time location. Location or data on display is probably couple of days old. Since last 1 week this application is not loading up and there is flashy display that says “ something went wrong”. There is no support as such I have sent numerous emails in the past but have not received any response.

Third class application
Seen many problems and no one can respond from the customer care service and all cc number not working and mail also not working. I don’t recommend this….

Tracker stopped working. Tried calling the customer support, no use. Nobody bothered to answer or revert to the emails

My tracker has not been for more than a week now and i have send mail after mail but no response. There is no customer care number or anything where one can call for any kind of emergencies. Don’t put your car on Risk- Fake Company
Every owner of the car install the GPS for the security but when you don’t have customer service then what’s the use of the product. I have another software with MatchpointGps it’s perfectly working fine and it’s been more than 1 year I never had to call them for any support. It’s a problem with the company. Don’t buy a strong suggestion.

Worst customer service they are not replying
I baught autocop device and it stopped working from 7 day it has stopped working. From more then 3 months I am complaining to call centre and by emails bit no action is being taken. Details are already there in there system:- rajkumar chandigarh

Simply a devastating app! The developer has obviously not tested the app thoroughly on the Apple platform.
In 2 minutes, the app crashes 3 times!
Also, the zooming in feature is limited to a certain extent, beyond which you cannot zoom in to see the surrounding areas.
Needs LOTS of fixes and improvements.

Very poor support
The app and customer support is very poor. In spite of making payments and submitting all documents my id is constantly getting disabled
