Basic,limited and I’m professional customer service .
It’s sad to leave this review after almost 10 years and 3 Location plus referring many of my friends to them .
Few days ago I called because I decide to upgrade my services with other provider and the comment that Brian said “ we don’t help customers that bailed on us “ exactly same worlds .
It’s still rings on my ear and how I’m surprised of him .He said “ my boss told me so “ .
I have 3 months left that i paid for but i don't trust them anymore and i'll be switching with happy face know the level of moral and character the employer and company represent .
i'll make sure i'll share this with the ones they still have you .
This is a shame ,a shady company don’t deserve to have be in business .

This does not work properly I take pictures and they disappear is a waste of time
