Keeps crashing

I have been running the same model on this iPad for a few months now. Every so often it wont allow me to open the program at all even with all background items closed and the iPad restarted. I have to uninstall and reinstall it. It will work fine for a few weeks then it will do this again. Getting tired of this. This is my 4th time reloading this program. Once my employer gives me another program to use I will happily uninstall this and never use it again. Until then I have to suffer.

Was a good app until it wasn’t

The app would load models well on my iPad Pro. Now on my brand new iPad Pro any model over 1.5 Gb just crashes.

ISSUE WITH OPENING 3D MODEL

Previously, i was able to open files without any issue ,but today i encountered a problem. When i try to open a file, it says, "the model is too large to open"
Please resolve this issue so i can open 3D files again on my ipad, thanks
