Sold me a part that doesn’t fit
I had a package delivered whilst I was away and came back to fit, since discovered they are not suitable fixings before my vehicle and won’t accept a return! Company is a joke
Late delivery
I have ordered about a week and still even my order has not processed. I bought parts from amazon and i can't get refund now.
Don’t get fooled
Don’t get fooled by delivery dates. It shows that you get in ~2 working days before buy. But reality is 4-7 working days.

Can’t recommend this app enough, good prices offered for quality parts. Expect delivery in a few days for a reasonable price. Unless your parts are time critical, I always order my parts here.
Wrong parts
Maybe its just me and my car but 3 times i have ordered parts for the car that should fit and they dont, a drive shaft an ac compressor and a brake master cylinder. I got lucky with the master cylinder as the mechanic could make it fit but the other 2 no luck. Really really dissapointed
Not very trustworthy
I ordered a sensor from them which was presented as in stock. Then they sent an email demanding to pay much more for another sensor due to an error with the stock or something. Of course only the button for paying more was available not the one for the refund.

Absolutely shocking delivery waited 3 weeks still don’t have parts or refund absolute joke and should never have used the app in the forstplace

Returns Impossible on App
Trying to sort out a claim on an order and going round in circles. Automated no reply email advising that details are missing, which directs me to the app. No where on the app to provide required information, so I receive another automated no reply email telling me information is missing and to go to the app to provide the information. Got to app and cannot provide requested information and it goes on the same, over and over. Chat function is utterly useless.

Cheaper but long delivery times
Autodoc has good quality products at comparatively low prices. The only downside is that delivery usually takes 2 weeks. They could easily be a go-to platform for ordering parts only if they manage to deliver within 2-3 business days like Amazon, Ebay etc.
