Misleading pricing and delivery times.
Went onto the webpage and tried to order some parts and was told on the webpage if I ordered that day (which was a Wednesday) I’d have the parts by Friday, first misleading bit of information.
It also said on the webpage that if I ordered on the app the parts would be cheaper, so I downloaded the app, setup my account and searched for the parts.
When I found them there was no difference in price at all so that was disappointing as the setup process took a bit longer than I’d hoped.
Ordered the parts but they didn’t get shipped.
I got to the Friday (the day that according to webpage I’d receive the parts by) and they still hadn’t even dispatched the parts.
All in all a terrible experience and ended up cancelling the order as I actually needed those parts for the weekend so I could do the work on my car.
Would never recommend this company because a lot of the information I got from the webpage turned out to be false and it’s ended up putting me in a bit of a tricky situation and all in all been a pretty disappointing experience.

Why use Evri
11 days and still waiting, if you used Royal Mail or DPD in Uk then items would arrive within a week rather than 2-3 weeks with Evri, even if you gave customer the option of paying a bit more to choose a different courier.

Was made a lot easier because I put my registration of car and it found correct parts for that car 👍
Monroe shock aborbers not great
Very disappointed with these. Not even lasted a year before the car is bouncing when going over a bump and bottoming out. Now need to have them replaced again.

Trying to get specific parts online is almost impossible, but so easy with this app as it lists components that fit the model you specify. And it lets you choose from others makes if you wish. Prices seem keen and it gives you a good range. Delivery is quick too. Perfect 👍.
Never Use This Company
Waited 11 days for delivery,still not arrived and customer service is non existent.Request a refund but no further on and no car parts either.
Alternator is the wrong part for my car!
The alternator which was listed as suitable on the app does not fit my car. As it is the wrong part. Now, I have to go through the trouble of returning it.
