Very Unprofessional
While Ordering They shows a Waiting of 3-4 days but after placing an Order the Customer Care tells you that they will now be manufacturing your Order freshly and for despatching it will take 4-7 days.
Customer care doesn’t have any solutions over this….just gives LAME excuses & passing time day by day….

App freezes all the time
If I try to search or try to select any option from carousel like perfume or something the app freezes.
Fraudulent company
They supplied me a product that didn’t fit, I returned it and now they are refusing to refund my amount. They operate of Malviya Nagar and I have filed a complaint against them on the consumer portal. Please deal with them on your own risk.

I have order product in white colour but recd black one. While selecting product showing white but once added to cart colour not visible how need to verify
Not a great App with Irresponsible delivery team
I have ordered on 2nd of January on this App and they could not deliver the product even after 11 days. They dont have clue on what is happening with delivery. Only they know is taking order and let it off to very dumb courier service. The courier partners don’t have enough money to give their delivery agents for mobile recharge. So they dont call the users for delivery attempt. Just they know is to update saying user’s contact number is incorrect. This is a bloody cheating App. Never order on this App.
