Constant Drops

Do mot load this app worked 2 times then constantly drops especially when you are uploading photos. Waste of time and frustrating.

Would not recommend

So I have a hockey stick that was signed by the whole team.So firstly it didn’t identify the autographs and secondly one review a day unless you pay is just a scam, I would not recommend.

Not what you think

Must be clear. But thats why i wanted the app. To compare with others to find it. But it just tells me what i already know. Its unclear who it is. Worthless

HORRIBLE APP

This app doesn’t know ANYTHING! Don’t waste your time on it. Lying and telling me I have valuable baseball autographs when I don’t.

Response from developer

We’re sorry to hear about your experience with Autograph Identifier. The app uses AI to analyze signatures and estimate potential matches, but it can occasionally misinterpret certain details — especially with similar handwriting styles or unclear photos. We never intend to mislead users, and we appreciate you pointing this out. Our team continuously updates the recognition system to improve accuracy and provide clearer context around results. If you’d like, please send the autograph images to support@autographidentifier.com, and we’ll review them manually and ensure the feedback helps refine future updates.

Overpriced and Useless

It couldn’t figure anything out and was very expensive for a subscription.

Response from developer

We’re sorry to hear that Autograph Identifier didn’t meet your expectations. The app aims to provide accurate results based on a large and growing database of authentic signatures, but some autographs may not yet be recognized — especially when they’re rare or less documented. We understand your concern about pricing; our subscription helps cover the cost of maintaining advanced recognition technology and expanding the autograph database. However, we’re always working to improve both accuracy and value for users. If you’d like, please reach out to us at support@autographidentifier.com — we’d be happy to look into your specific case and offer assistance or feedback options. Your input truly helps us make the app better for everyone.

Don’t waste your time

I uploaded pictures of autographs from Once Upon a Time cast members (which is pretty specific information to narrow down the options). It said it did not know whose they were but suggested I compare them to known/published autographs of actors who were on the show to figure it out. I did not need a $9.99/wk app to tell me that would help, thanks. Cancelled my free trial immediately.

Didn’t even try

Uploaded a signature and the app thought about it for a few seconds and then gave me a blank response. No hints, suggestions or anything. And it’s not in my history. So looks like the apps goal is to waste your uploads unless until you pay premium prices

Response from developer

We’re sorry you had this experience with Autograph Identifier. A blank response definitely shouldn’t happen, and your upload should always appear in your history. This may have been caused by a temporary processing error. Please note that you don’t need to purchase a premium plan just to get basic results — the premium upgrade is only for unlimited scans and extra features. We’d love to investigate this specific case further. If you could send the signature image (or even a screenshot of what happened) to asilarslan93@gmail.com, our team can check the issue and also credit you back the lost upload. Your feedback helps us improve the reliability of the app, and we hope you’ll give it another try after we resolve this problem.

Didn’t Work

The app couldn’t figure out which band signed a guitar that a friend showed to me. I figured it out on my own, after the app failed to provide any useful guidance.

Response from developer

We’re sorry to hear that Autograph Identifier didn’t help you identify the band signature on the guitar. While our app is designed to recognize and analyze many types of autographs, certain cases—especially band memorabilia where multiple signatures or stylized writing are involved—can be challenging. We’re continuously improving our recognition models and your feedback is very valuable to us. If you’d like, you can share the photo of the guitar signature directly with our support team at asilarslan93@gmail.com so we can review it and also use it to make the app smarter in future updates. We truly appreciate you giving Autograph Identifier a try, and we hope to provide you with a better experience in the future.
