А какая ошибка? Если 404, это значит что у Вас древний сервер. Его приложение не поддерживает. В таком случае обратитесь к дилеру, чтобы он его обновил.

Проблема со входом.

Не дает войти, выдает ошибку. Прочитала про условия по серверу. Где это проверить? И почему вообще пользователь должен плясать с бубном? Заставьте своих дилеров поменять сервера, мы вообще то платим за оборудование и обслуживание.

Уже давно не получается войти, несколько раз обновлял приложение, но результат один и тот же, ошибка 404

Убедитесь, пожалуйста, что у Вашего дилера используется не древняя версия сервера. Это приложение её не поддерживает.

Карта

Не открывает карту с мегафона, любой другой оператор без проблем. С мегафона на любом устройстве карта не открывается ничего не посмотреть

Здравствуйте. Какая карта? Приложение карту берёт с сервера. Обратитесь к дилеру. Возможно какие-то проблемы на стороне сервера.
