What is the point if I can’t view my booking in the app?

Use the website and wont load quotes or allow me to book so i called was advised to change browser or upload the app and its the same thing! Wont allow me to book!
Poor
Mechanics can just add whatever they like on top of the quote on the day. Paid an extra $200 because something else conveniently needed fixing with my brakes

I found it a little fiddly, once you set up your account and lodge your quote request, you can no longer view or alter the details. The only thing viewable in the logged in profile is your car make and model.
There is no log in setting on the app, just the website.

Auto Guru is super user friendly and it has made my life so much easier! Actually just love this concept - 19 year old girl loves her car but doesn’t know how to look after it properly!

One minor gripe...
The app itself is great, but there doesn’t appear to be anywhere to login to your account unless you go through the website instead. Add this function to the app and I’ll add that extra star on this review :)

Trying to do timing belt and basic service (let’s me select both) then when it comes toward the end it doesn’t work.

App glitched when making booking, rang customer service as advised. Girl was rude and unhelpful.

So convenient
The app was easy to use. Being able to compare and book mechanics the same way as I do with hotels was really handy. Quite literally took the hassle out of my car service. Ended up saving some money too which is a bonus, but I’d use this service again even if it cost me more, it’s just so convenient!

Super easy to use!
I love this app! It walks you through the steps for booking your car in- just need the car type and rego and you’re all set!!
You can see the details of each mechanic in the list like their review rating, perks on offer and can easily compare prices. Has a great “filter” option too so you can list mechanic by price, distance or what their rating is! Great service :)
