L’app resta impallata

È il secondo anno consecutivo che tento di utilizzare l’applicazione per comunicare la lettura, invano. Dopo aver eseguito tutti i passaggi l’app resta in lavorazione per decine di minuti senza completare la richiesta. Ho provato anche a ridimensionare il file jpg. Ma senza risultati.
