Not my local geography
Asking me to book appointment in AZ. I live in Colorado
Listing of cars is not complete.
I have a Nissan maxima and it’s not even on the list.
NOT A USER FRIENDLY AND NO TESLA OPTION
IT WAS USED TO BE REALLY EASY TO BOOK APPOINTMENT ONLINE IN GOOGLE BUT NOW THEY TAKE YOU TO AUTOMOTION WHERE THERES NO OPTIONS. THE APP ASKED YOU TO CLICK WHAT BEAND OF CAR AND IT TAKES YOU TO THE MAP ALL OVER CALIFORNIA NOT EVEN CLOSER TO WHERE YOU ARE SEARCHING. THIS IS NOT IN FAVOR OF THE CUSTOMER AT ALL. I AM RATING THIS 0/10

Horrible app
This app just keeps getting worse and worse. It won’t remember you signed in, it’s too easy to accidentally go back to the very beginning where you have to sign in all over again. And now when I sign in to see the “recommended services”, it’s stuck at the screen where I pick my vehicle…someone needs to just 86 this app!!!

Promotion
This AP only allows for scheduled maintenance if you use a promotion which I don’t want or need.
App is very confusing
I went to Honda, then scheduled service. Next a map comes on and shows my location and now I cannot go any further. ?????
Can’t schedule it is just loading
This app sucks…just buffering and not loading the screen to schedule an appointment
Easy to use
Was able to easily book service as well as find car inventory when car shopping
Service Bookings
I was looking to get my Ford serviced and this app made the process so easy! In a few clicks, I was booked with my local Ford dealer.
Let’s Get Started!
The app just sits on this page, try and get it started, push on it everywhere, and it never gets started. Call Walmart auto centers, nobody picks up the phone. impossible to get an appointment without showing up to the store, and then they tell you they are booked solid.
Only Searches 2 Model Years
Really crappy app that only lets you search for "current model year or previous model year". Seriously? UNINSTALLING.👎👎👎
New car deals without dealer pressure
Finally an app that isn’t going to sell off my info to a car dealer. I can’t stand the pressure sales tactic even other apps use. This was simple-allowed me to get local deals but hid my info from dealerships UNTIL I WANTED it sent over. Makes perfect sense.
I used this to build my new grand Cherokee a few weeks ago before I was seriously in the market. Now that I am, I found it almost impossible to get any pricing info until I had given away all my personal info - like is this 2021?? This app was refreshingly different. How is this not how all car sales are done?

Best for new cars
In using some of the other car shopping apps I’ve noticed they don’t always show all the new inventory dealers have. Even if you find something you have to fill out a form that goes to the dealer but much of the time I did not receive a reply about the car i was interested in? This app seems to have more new car options. If you want used, doesnt work well but I was only interested in new. The most useful feature however is the option to have their car expert people actually track down the car and confirm its available. Can’t tell how maddening it was not getting a reply or a reply about a different vehicle from dealers!

Audi is not Finding it
Audi find it! He needs to Find it. But They Cannot. So I use Toyota Instead Now. I am 8 in a Half years old and I have to Support Toyota Motors. No more Artificial Cars. Audi not Found 😕. I told Audi how to Find and then I’ll suspend Them for not Finding It. Reporting Audi is the Coolest Forever.
Large selection
Excellent selection -Most comprehensive I found at least of new cars. The fine for me feature was extremely useful as it has a person do the searching, for exactly what you want. I found much of the time what I found on my own was actually not on the lot and this was extremely frustrating. This feature they verify the car is actually at the dealership lot beforehand Pretty sad this is a ‘feature’ in today’s day and age, but useful non the less.

Slow not good will uninstall.
Expert chat
So what’s neat and different about this is it’s using an assisted chat feature that pairs you with a “car expert” to aid during the buying process. Super novel idea. And it worked quite well I must say. Many of my questions were answered and I was able to use while on the test drive. Never felt pushy. Only negative is responses aren’t immediate but I used the service over days so not a big deal for me

At the dealership help
So I used this when i did my test drive. It’s a great concept. I sent in my “deal” the dealership gave me and got a real car shopper to review it It was a simple review and I suppose and they did offer something mote complete but all I needed was another pair of eyes to make sure I wasn’t getting ripped off

App that directs to a website
Poor AI with text messages. Very little search filters. Had better results on KBB and auto trader app. Don’t wast your time
