 Permissions & App Review: To ensure Apple reviewers understand why each permission is requested, here are explicit, task-level justifications tied to app flows: * Camera & Photo Library — Required so mechanics/workshop staff can capture and attach vehicle photos (pre-repair inspection and damage documentation) to job cards and invoices. Photos are optional and uploaded only with user consent. 
 * Notifications (Push) — Used to deliver real-time job updates, payment reminders, appointment reminders and system alerts to workshop users and customers. Push notifications are essential to the product’s timely communication flows. 
 * SMS Sign-In Information for App Review: (OTP) — Used only for OTP verification during registration and to verify user ownership of the provided mobile number. We do not read SMS content. Note: Sign-In Information for App Review Phone Number: +911234567890 OTP: 888888 (no SMS will be sent; app auto-validates this code for reviewers) “This test account bypasses SMS and allows direct access to all app features.” * Contacts (optional) — If a user chooses to import customer phone numbers from their contacts for faster job creation, the app will request Contacts access. Import is explicit and user-initiated; no contact data is uploaded without consent. 
 * External Messaging / WhatsApp — The app shares PDFs and messages via the device’s share sheet or configured bulk-messaging flows; sending a WhatsApp message requires user confirmation or explicit bulk-send consent. We do not send messages from a user’s account without their action/consent. WhatsApp AI features are used to compose messages and manage templates; actual delivery uses the user’s WhatsApp or approved bulk channels.
