My husband and I go to auctions and this app has been very helpful and it’s very easy to use! I highly recommend it!
Horrible user interface
The newest update makes it nearly impossible to scan vins because it flips with your phone but you have to turn the scanner. What an unnecessary feature that no one asked for. Thanks
My biggest hatred is still that it pauses my music when I scan a vin. It makes no sense no other app does this.

The worst customer service. Will overcharge your credit card. And not make good on it.
Used to be great. Now it’s garbage
Deletes appraisals after days and sometimes hours. AUTONIQ used to be the best app for a Used Car Manager to use. I closed my account and moved it all over to Vauto. Problems solved. I save $100 per month and keeps appraisals for months.
Problem as usual
Alway a issue with this app! Bids on several vehicles in one day went and south with a total of 10k in over bids. NADA was not working!!!! Don’t trust this app has its day’s where it just want to put you to work. I though that was what we paid for to be accurate!

They ruined this app with update
They designed it for their own engineers. The speed is by far better, but the overall available of functions it used to have are gone!! I've using this app for 7 years. If they don't fix this soon, myself and others in my group are going to drop them.
New version is junk
Do yourself a favor, Autoniq. Scrap the new version entirely. It gives me a blank screen, won’t scan, and does NOT work at all 90 percent of the time. You will lose all of your market share if you mess around and try to continue with the new version. Another scanner will become the new scanner and yours will be obsolete. You are in the danger zone.

Can you PLEASE fix the scanner, make the numbers BIGGER like it was. This App was great and now it has been completely modified and ruined. DON’T FIX WHATS NOT BROKE!!
I have requested my staff to research other vin scan systems out there to possibly switch unless this can be corrected. I have spoken to many dealers and they are all complaining about the same issues since the new updates. I can’t see paying this kinda money for something that is worth less then half of what it is. I’m willing to give 2 weeks in hopes it gets fixed. Thanks.

Update broke entering VINs...no response from support
Use this everyday...latest update broke it and I get no response from support. Time to roll it back so we can have functionality again..
