Convince and support
Great app, makes it so simple to retrieve my car and track the progress of the automated system getting my car down. Fair price for the app. Very well developed. Started off a bit glitchy, but had tremendously improved performance I no longer have any issues. Support for the app is great and instantaneous. Overall great app and great development teams.

Unable to register
App repeatedly says the password I’m creating doesn’t fit it’s criteria although it does. No way to bypass and contact support or register via a website. Disappointing.
Poorly designed app
1. Does not alert you when your car is here so your car will just get reparked
2. Instead of 3 min timer only does 50 seconds
3. Takes FOREVER to get your call
4. Only redeeming factor is the customer service they’re very responsive when I inevitably have to tell them my car has been queued for 20 minutes without it coming up yet again every morning
If I could park on the street I would. This app and parking system is absolute TRASH and has a lot of wrinkles to iron out before it’s worth the money or hassle

Not Ready for Prime Time - UPDATED
UPDATE 7/12/2023 - Many improvements in reliability and performance. One-star to five-star, thank you for your efforts!
Overall very poor app in terms of functionality. 75-80% of the time, it is not capable of initiating retrieval of the vehicle, as such I have to head down and manually request (which defeats the purpose of paying for the app on top of my parking). Even when the app does function, the updates are not accurate with what stage of retrieval the vehicle is in. I’ve had my car re-parked on one occasion when the dwell timer automatically reduced from 3 minutes to 50 seconds. No push notifications to update on status, Parking Bay numbers are incorrect, the list goes on with regards to deficiencies, and are certainly not made up for by the rare occasion that the app works. Perhaps keep it free/in Beta while ironing out these issues?
