Just by logging in the app crashes, please fix this and also have the app working with all its features

The screen turns black when you try to take a picture
Camera screen is black
Will not take pictures. Phone camera operates normally, but when app is open, camera screen is blank. I have uninstalled and installed 3 times

Love the program, it’s great when it works. Unfortunately it doesn’t work on my new iPhone xs plus
Poor app
When it works it’s nice to have. But it is very glitchy. Since the last Apple update app does not work at all to load photos. I even deleted and reloaded the app on my phone still has the same problem will not post photos.
Nice app
It does what is intended to do. Can Touch ID be added, I like the app and use it as much as I can, login in is somewhat of a pain. Thanks
Crashing and pictures wont load
Every time i sign in and take a picture the app boots me off and i have to resign and the picture i just took is not there. EVERY TIME...please fix, might have something to do with new ios update not sure
Newest update works great!
As mentioned by everyone below, after Apple did an iOS update the app would crash. The app is now updated and works better than it ever did. If you used this before and were unhappy, definitely give it another shot - your complaints should be gone.

Doesn't work at all.
App doesn't work at all since latest iPhone update. Just resets. Whomever made this app should wake up and fix this.
Great when it works
Since iOS update 8.3 the App constantly closes on its own once the VIN is entered. My IT person was told Autopoint was releasing an update Saturday, 05/02/15, which would correct the situation. Still waiting.
Doesn't work
Log in, type in vin and it crashes. Every time. Hasn't worked once.

Still does not work
Before update it would crash when you enter the last 8 of the vin. Now it will not let me enter my log in. I even double checked on EDGE on the computer at work. Would be nice if this would work

This app is very easy to use and very useful at work. Only thing is that it will crash sometimes
