Fiddly

The settings pop up for each tab is quite fiddly. What are the two different boxes with numbers for? Hours? Minutes? Epochs? What are all the VCR controls for? What’s the difference between the slider on/off, the play/stop, the power button? Help page is blank, so who knows.
