Completely unreliable!
Checked the time and date three separate times and when making the booking it changed time!!!

I have reached out to your company 4 times about a reservation I did through your website and I was left stranded at the airport. I’m very upset with your company because no one has contacted me about the situation. I can’t get my money back from the insurance because you won’t confirm I was left stranded. I will take my review to other online companies to warn people not to book with you.

Dislike nonsense
I kinda liked AutoRentals web site so decided to download app. It’s at least 40% less on website than app! Deleting app now.
Big problems with the website
Works all fine and dandy till you get your confirmation page then it sticks to two days does not give you the days that you have requested defaults to May 2 through May 5
Secret up charge.
Prices looked good, not great. Went through reservation process. At the very end, in a little window at the bottom there was the total price. TEICE THR NUMBERS ALL THE WSY THROUGH!!
