Great for easy maintenance management of all vehicles
I have a number of recreational motorcycles and ATVs, cars and a pickup all of which I maintain myself. Keeping up with records and schedules would be difficult without an app to pull up data from at any time and location.
I especially like the ability to export complete maintenance reports when I sell a vehicle or need to provide evidence of maintenance for a warrantee claim (has happened to me).
I will also start using the app for other equipment in my “stable” such as generators, gas-powered water pump, lawn mower etc. (Perhaps future updates could accommodate the use for such equipment in a more fluid way, with selectable labels such as “mower” or “generator”?)
Customer service was quick in their reply when I recently called upon them with a question.

$20 paid version gone?
Works great but do not pay. I paid and now I no longer have access to the paid content. I guess they just want more money. I refuse to pay more. No where did it say yearly or subscription when I paid.
Great for Automotive DIY
I’ve been using this app for years now and it’s great to keep track of work I’ve done on my vehicles.
Lost All Records
I’ve had this app for several years & very sporadically updated 3 motorcycles & 1 car with repair & maintenance notes. For some unknown reason, after not opening for several months, all records were gone (but pics remained). Customer service was responsive (hence 2 stars), but of no use because ultimately they couldn’t come up with any valid reason this happened. Idk. Use at your own risk I guess.

Four Cars Owned
I have three vintage Mercedes and a Porsche Cayenne. Coming from the airline world, I am a stickler about maintenance records. Autoist is the perfect digital companion to hardcopy records.
Great App
I’m not a fleet manager but I was looking for a solid app to manage my own vehicles. AUTOsist looked promising so I decided to try it. I have to say that I am completely satisfied with the app. The main reason is the customer support. I had a couple of things come up and I emailed the help desk. Within minutes, they were back to me. That is amazing. I highly recommend this app.

I have been using the app for a few years now. I use it for my car and motorcycles, it is easy to use and keep my stuff all in the same place. The support is great and they respond quickly.
Great app! Great Customer Service!
I’ve been using this app now for 8 years to track all maintenance related expenses on my personal vehicle. I love how easy it is to use and to stay organized, and the simplicity of attaching a picture of the receipt to each log I make. I pull up past receipts and odometer readings to gauge when something was accomplished and it helps me prepare for future maintenance.
I recently had a small technical issue with the app and emailed customer service. To my surprise they responded within 20 minutes and fixed it for me.
I highly recommend this app to help keep track of your vehicles maintenance. Very useful in staying organized.

Terrible ipad support
The app need to be updated for iPad support. And the gmail log-ins always crap out.

I accidentally deleted one of our automobiles when only trying to delete an picture of it. Contacted support and they were able to restore all my records for it. 🙏🏽

A great app and support service
I have been using the app for over four years and I highly recommend it. The only issue I had was a week ago. The app wasn’t displaying my data. I could access my data from a browser but not my phone. I contacted support and within a couple of hours they emailed me and open a ticket. Within a day or so my issue was resolved. Their support is quick and thorough.

App report function has an issue
I’ve been logging service and uploading receipts for my vehicles for years into this app. When I ran the “Spend Analysis” report, I find that the data is completely wrong- shows no service after 2020 and shows thousands of dollars of service for 2009 when there is no services logged.
Customer service very responsive. They have identified a glitch in the app and are working to fix it. Their web portal is spot on however so no problems there.

Great way to keep track
I’ve had this app for several years and have always loved it. It’s simple to add things in, it gives reminders as I add fuel in. I just set how frequent I want the reminder- for oil or so, and it keeps track of the mileage every time I add in the gas for it. When I add the gas it also keeps track of trips, MPG, cost of fuel, it’s a really handy app. I have two cars of my own and it keeps everything simple, tracks the receipts to the repairs when I add them in. It’s also handy for project vehicles so I can have a list of what I’ve done/how much I’ve spent…per vehicle. I’m about to add my fiancés car, so we’ll see how well it helps with keeping up with a car I don’t drive every day. I imagine it will be great…if she just puts her gas In, but when it comes due, it will send me an email, in case she has forgotten to say something… I love this app. 10/10 would recommend. Especially if you have multiple vehicles. Helps keep things straight.

5 vehicles not enough for personal non-business use
I have a generator, an RV, 3 motorcycles, and a truck. I like the app and have had it for several years. I do not understand why the developers have chosen not to provide a plan where the number of personal vehicles cannot be increased. I like the app enough to pay more but not the fleet rate. I’m currently looking for another app that will not restrict my use this way.

Amazing service awesome app
I had an issue where I was struggling to get signed into my app at a time that I really needed it. I sent an email to the support team and immediately received an email back the support team continue to go back-and-forth until my issue was resolved. They actually went behind the scenes and fixed it for me this was not a fault of theirs but mine. I would highly recommend this app
