Usata in passato è molto funzionale. Ora l’app rimane bloccata alla pagina iniziale anche dopo averla disinstallata e reinstallata. Non da possibilità di fare login al proprio account e nemmeno mostra i campi per acquistare i biglietti del bus
I was embarrassed by the driver
Today, 18 of July 2024, I bought a ticket before I flew from Denmark and when I landed, I waited for the bus going to Brescia. There was visibly no QR code in the email that was sent to me which I showed the driver. Instead of him to help me even after logging into my bank app and he saw the payment, he almost physically dragged me out of the bus. He shouted at me to my face and it was an embarrassing scene to watch. I started crying and most of the passengers came close and one of them was able to use the code to download the e-ticket. I have seen worse things but this is the worst I have experienced an a foreigner here and such a driver should be called to order. If you cannot help someone, shouting at them to their face is inappropriate and should be shunned. The bus is the 18:30 bus from BGY to BS(18/07/2024). Also remember, most people are battling with mental illnesses. Thank you.

Login in app non funziona più
Per favore, è già da un po’ di tempo che non riesco più a comprare i biglietti del pulmino autostradale (aeroporto di Bergamo - Brescia )
Il login non riconosce più la mia password. Ho provato e riprovato a cambiarla, mi convalida tutto, mi dice ok cambiata ma poi quando voglio fare il login in app mi rifiuta la password (password incorretta). Ha funzionato per anni ma adesso non più!!! Aiuto!!!
