I can’t use Zelle bc it’s claiming Zelle is already on the app even tho it definitely isn’t. Very weird and inconvenient

App crashes
App crashes and closes out every time you try to open it
It’s a crapshoot if it works.
The old app never really gave me much trouble but it’s a hit or a miss of this one actually loads or not. About a third of the time I get an error or a totally white screen that doesn’t ever load to anything. I’ve just gone back to using the desktop version of the website in a browser.
When it does work tho, it’s laid out pretty well and I can navigate things with ease. Really wish it was better.

Needs work
Improvements from the old app are noticeable, so are the downgrades… why can’t you see the transactions done with credit card? You could on the old app… clearly needs work

Has never worked for me.
Why kill the old app that always worked fine with this piece of junk? I’ve yet to be able to log in. Just an error message saying they are working on it.
