Latest software update has rendered unit invisible to WiFi. Do better.

The instructions are very vague if you follow them to the letter and there is a problem, you are unable to troubleshoot. Support is not existent. The hours are ridiculous. They begin from 7 to 2 pacific time. We will be returning this unit.
No on screen volume display
I’ve trued just every option to get volume display on lgc1 tv screen but the only pop up I get is the muting icon. This was never an issue with my older rx-a850 receiver.
Easy to use, worked perfectly
Used to hook up my old RX-V477 that is discontinued and works perfectly!
Changes
You can’t make changes (for example bd player with 2 hdmi outputs), ps4 pro with hdmi output plus optical audio output.

Downloaded the app In hopes of having assistance setting up my surround with the Yamaha AV RX-863... it’s not even listed on the app. 👎🏼👎🏼
Do not use
I used this app to set my RX-A3080 then the video signal from BluRay player was lost.
After factory reset the video signal came back.
The app is easy to use but it may have some bugs with firmware 1.51.
