Ava helps me off load the mental load of ADHD and parenting
As someone with ADHD and working as a logistics manager, I often feel like my brain is trying to track dozens of moving parts at once… tasks, reminders, schedules, and constant coordination details. Ava gives me one place to capture everything, manage my schedule, sync it all together, and proactively remind me of what needs my attention.
I recently woke up at 2 a.m. feeling stressed about everything I needed to handle for work and life. I opened Ava and did a complete brain dump. Once everything was captured and I knew I didn’t have to keep mentally tracking it, I suddenly felt tired again and was able to go back to sleep.
Ava has been incredibly helpful for reducing my mental load, especially in a role where organization and timing are critical. It is also consistently updated and continues to get better.

Catches things I would have missed
I love that AVA picks up on details that get buried in my inbox graveyard. The team is also super responsive to feedback and fixes any bugs that come up quickly!

This app is basically a personal assistant and it’s amazing! I’ve been using it for a few days and it is really helping me keep on top of my life! It’s a bit of work in the beginning to get it to really understand our family dynamics and routines, but can only see it getting better from here as it learns more!

The smart notifications catch what I’d miss in email and turn them into clear next steps. It feels like Ava is watching out for my family, and me. Bonus: Ava solved weekly dinner planning, which I’ve dreaded for years!
