Downloaded the app again but when I try to log in I can, requested a password hint but didn’t get a recovery email, tried setting up a new account with a new email address and it says it will send me a code to my phone number which isn’t registered on your system but I don’t get a code by text, tried for 30 mins, I give up

Good, but...
Good app, but I keep getting a message telling me my CVV is missing on my payment details. I’ve tried 3 different cards that let me place a single booking but won’t let me book further. I have to delete the card and readd it each time I want to book a taxi.

Used this app as I was in a village pub that had wifi but no phone signal, so the app was perfect in theory. Easy enough to order. Tracking was a bit inaccurate and on the first try the taxi "arrived" but wasn't there, and then cancelled the pick up cos we weren't ready.
Second and third time was accurate, but had to keep opening the app the check progress - all notifications were by text, which weren't received as I only had wifi and no phone signal. Needs app notifications.
