Fun and informative beauty/skincare/style app
I’m really liking this qpp so far. It is pretty easy to use. I have told the Ava AI my current skincare products and had it give me an AM/PM routine. I know quite a bit about skincare already but I wanted to make sure I was using my products for the most effectiveness. The AI has been spot in with accuracy in terms of the use/purpose of my products and the ones it recommended for me (I cross-referenced on the product/brand sites to make sure the AI was correct lol - it was!). Another fun aspect is the color analysis. I’ve never had this done in person so it was fun to be able to do it through the app and see what colors work best for my skin. I tried to make sure I uploaded a picture that is the most accurate depiction of my hair and skin tone. That way the AI could give me the best color recommendations possible. I’m looking forward to exploring more of the functions like the wardrobe recommendations, especially the one for travel packing.
I have a request for the developers. Please make a down arrow button that says “scroll to bottom” or something similar. When you first open the app, you are at the top of all your prompts. Depending on all your prompts you have to scroll down forever. You could even categorize the prompts/chats into separate ones for skincare, clothing, and color stuff.
I also noticed the skincare products i uploaded went into the wardrobe section which is a little confusing. Beauty and skincare should have their own section.
There is a lot of potential with this app and I’m excited to keep playing around with it! I like that it’s different from the more generalized ai apps and sites which are overwhelming and impersonal. The way Avacasa focuses specifically on skin/beauty/ style feels more manageable and less overwhelming for me.
