I have downloaded app but it didn’t work.

I just downloaded the app on my phone and after doing Authentication process, the UI loaded but it not works and when I Touch the screen and icons of the app no reaction will happen, i.e, it seems crashed.
No effect has been observed after restart the phone and the app.
