Bugs
I have been a VIP member on Avakin life for years. Fun game and I haven’t had any problems. I down loaded your current update 2 weeks ago. Since then I can’t log on. Had to be a bug in your update.I have contacted your tech support 7 times ! In the last 2 weeks. My game hasn’t been fixed. No one from Tech support has ever contacted me. I’m paying $20.00 a month VIP membership and I can’t log on to your game. My game goes through the first 3 screens quickly then it freezes and goes to a black screen. What’s the next step in the chain of command if tech support ignores me ? Customer service is non existent on this game !

I’ve played this game for almost 10 years and on and off for 5 and I will say in 2017-2020 it was MY LIFE and I will say if it’s anything like it use to be, a lot of people lie about their age on here so BE CAREFUL YOUNG PEOPLE. Also I’m sure Avakin has heard this a lot but..the crowns.. WE HATEEEE THEM.

I love this game
I’ve been playing for years and it never gets old. There’s always something to do on here. Between fashion contests, decorating, styling your character, events where you can earn rewards etc etc, I’m always busy and enjoying myself. Yes there’s in app purchases if you want decent stuff, but so does Roblox and a lot of other games. It makes sense. But my only complaint would be to release enough items available for in game currency too to offset the crown imbalance. It will make the veteran players excited to keep playing/ come back. All in all a really enjoyable game, AMAZING visual scenes, the textures on clothes is actually unreal and every now and then you find cool friends and people too;) definitely don’t hesitate to try this game out and give it a chance though! I hope it charms you the way it did me.

✨So I saw girls with body types and I was like, ”ooh I didn’t know that!” So I went to body types and I saw that they were vip only. I crashed out and told my friend and she said “ true “ YES it is true! The body type you get in real life is what you get, you can’t buy v.i.p and select a different body shape/type! So I’m saying this is irritating and unfair. Ok fine ban me if you don’t want bad reviews but I don’t care you need to make this free ASAP🥴👆

I lived stories with this game as if it were my own world 🤍 I will not forget the days and the people I knew in it. They started with their beginnings directly as if it were a daughter or son for me. The days that passed every time I get sick with depression or the world narrows me. I go to Avakin. I hope with longing that you add modifications to the wheel, raise the amount of what we earn and also add crowns to the wheel. Put a quantity of 5 or 10 and the last roll is a roll with 25 crowns as a gift 🎁💗 We are all from the Avakin family🫂♾️

Please optimize the game at last...
A bunch of bugs that are not fixed in any way, for a long time I communicated about this with support, where I was only favored for my vip, asked about bugs (I provided a video with details and the bugs themselves) and wrote that they were in the process of correction, but 6 months have passed and no bugs were fixed.

quality diminished over time
been playing on coming up 10 years and it was very chill and straightforward at first, it now has turned into a huge cash grab and a lot of the cooler stuff is only available with real money. also the ads every time i go somewhere is insane, its giving y’all are brokey !

I’ve been playing this game for 6 years and it was really fun a bit pricey to actually enjoy but overall fun, unfortunately my account was suspended after being hacked and the customer service keeps closing the chat and refusing to help me recover my account. I have spent hundreds of dollars and put so much time into making my character, i’ve made friends and the game was a part of my daily life. I don’t know if i’ll ever get my account back but i’m very disappointed about how i’ve been treated as a customer.
