It doesn't even let me in..

I got this because I wanted to make my own avatars and stuff but when I went to open the game it didn't let me in it didn't work and it says error session timed out when I didn't even get to play, its honestly pretty annoying and frustrating that it just decides to not work.

FIX YOUR APP!

I love this app and it normally works great, but recently me and my friend who are regular users of this app are now not able to even open it anymore. Everytime I open the app it can’t load I’m saying server with specified host name cannot be found. I really love this app but I cannot play it due to these glitches and they have been going on for a good week at least.
