Although they only support AVAC-C chain. But I like their free Visa card. And where others are using Telegram for support, they are using in App support system, where they quickly respond to my queries.

It’s been almost a month I’m trying to put my cell phone number in the app to get the verification code but it’s not working. I have three numbers tried all of them one by one but it didn’t work if you serve is too slow and not accurate then what was the purpose of launching this platform? Also if some of the countries are not supported then why there is an option of selecting those countries and then adding a phone number of those countries to receive code which you are never going to send disappointed contacted support and received a generic response .

I deposited 36 AVAX on the 3rd. It’s now the 6th, and I still cannot withdraw any funds. Communication from support has been minimal and unhelpful. They also claim to offer 24/7 support, but that’s clearly not true.
When I contacted support, this was the only response I received:
“Maite with support: We don’t have a time frame for when this will be resolved, but our team is working hard to fix it as soon as possible.”
Unacceptable experience.
