Avansys Driver

Avansys Driver is the mobile application used by service technicians to receive and manage roadside assistance requests. The platform connects drivers with customers who need tire service and roadside assistance. All service requests are first reviewed and confirmed by a dispatcher before being assigned to a driver. Through the app, drivers can receive new job requests, accept or decline services, navigate to the customer’s location, and complete the job directly from their phone. Drivers can also update job status in real time, allowing customers to track the service progress and technician location during the service.
