TERRIBLE DO NOT BUY

Update: after looking at email the developer advised to give permission for full gallery access which was already permitted. There are pictures only two or three that can been seeing The rest of them are blank. It doesn’t work no matter what I do. The app is not functioning. I already contacted. Apple and Apple would not give me no refund. My gallery does not load into this app. Everything appears blank still cannot get any refund. Nowhere neither my credit card neither Avast itself. It’s impossible to get refund for the product. That’s never gonna be working never buy again and I will cancel all my subscriptions everywhere !!

Thanks for flagging this. If your gallery appears blank, grant Avast Cleanup full Photos access in Settings > Privacy and Security > Photos > Avast Cleanup, then run the scan again. App Store refunds must be requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. To cancel, go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions. For further help, visit support.avast.com. *Avast

Fotos não são visíveis

O programa não mostras as fotos no iPhone. Só aparece um ícone. Difícil de utilizar. Como saber o que estou apagando?

Obrigado por avisar. No iPhone, isso normalmente acontece quando o app não tem acesso total às Fotos. Verifique em Ajustes > Privacidade e Segurança > Fotos > Avast Cleanup, ou em Ajustes > Avast Cleanup, e permita acesso completo, pois com acesso limitado o app só consegue ver as imagens selecionadas. Depois, abra o app novamente e execute a varredura outra vez. Se continuar igual, fale com a equipe em support.avast.com. *Avast

I can’t get in touch with you. As usual. I’ve purchased this and my vpn is still not protected. How many things do I have to buy until I feel like I’m being looked after. You’re probably struggling. But we all are. I’m disabled and don’t get enough to have a life as things are. I’ve only just bought this so could I pls have a refund. It doesn’t do anything I can’t do myself. Can’t even get a refund because the purchase doesn’t come with an invoice. Total scam.

Not free at all

I thought there might have been a free add-on to the antivirus app. No such luck!! Got to screen two of the setup then low and behold a select payment screen. Nice try at scamming more money from your customers but not today.

No option to sign in only an option to restore purchases it’s pathetic and a joke get the dev’s department on to it now and get it fixed seriously come on avast your better than this !!!!

My subscription is cancelled and still trying to charge me

Tryed three day trial and dint like it forgot to cancel but the app canceld subscription it self saying it ended the 14th October n still trying take money out my account would like it cancelled

Can’t even call you!

I’ve bought Avast Clean-up and it doesn’t do anything with pictures. Tried to call you and your awful “tech support” system doesn’t even recognise button pushes. It disconnected me rather than transferring to a human. Worst product and customer service experience out there. I have been conned! Contact me asap or prepare for a battle with my credit card company.

useless money grab

this app done absolutely nothing. Like I feel like I deserve a refund. All it did was delete three pictures and merge three contacts. It claims that I have thousands of replicated pictures or large videos but yet whenever I click on it, it says that there’s nothing to show there. Give me my $3.99 back.
