Integration to the customer portal gives customers visibility of where their technician is along their route. Upon arrival, technicians are given checklists, ensuring compliance, and increasing first-time fix rate. During the service, technicians have access to customer information, parts information and more. Technicians can capture their work progress as they go with photo capture and customizable data entry fields. The app is designed to capture data even in areas of low connectivity, syncing data later.
