App not working
I have had their app since it’s inception and now I can’t seem to get the app to open. Doesn’t need any updates and everything seems fine till I open the app and get just the logo in the center of my screen. Tried app help and it sends you a site to find a vet and the exact same for developer support. Is the app no longer in service or what? ???

Doesn’t work
every time I try to log in, it says I need to update the app but there is no update. I downloaded the newest version of the app. Emailed them for help with no response. Pretty useless
