A shame
I loved listening to Christ is the Answer. I’m sure there’s a “business reason” why you would take it and move it off open podcast platforms onto your own app. But, I listen to podcasts in Overcast. Your audio player is not as good, not as feature rich, and frankly out of sight is out of mind. You’ve lost a listener, and I’m certain I’m not alone.

Good App (Needs Minor Improvements)
I love the content. Podcasts are not listed in order and the app resets requiring the user to scroll through a long list of podcasts to get back to the series he/she was listening to.
Ave Maria radio ROX!
As in yabba-dabba-doo. I wish I had been listening to this years ago: especially *the Doctor Is In* with Dr. Ray Gaurendi. He is like the Dr. Phil of Catholic radio. Had I known all this psychology way back when — it would have helped me tremendously to understand personalities and people: how to interact with different characters who get a lot of shadenfruede (nasty joy) from pushing all the right buttons!
You know the great thing about Dr. Ray is he is really funny to listen to… but at the same time, you get to learn new stuff! I hear they want to canonize him— but they still haven’t found a big enough canon. (If pus could kill… ouch!)
Al Kresta I always admired too. He was a real man - with a lot of charm, wit and depth to program. He had insights in to just about any topic you can think of. May he rest in peace… though I am really thinking that he is probably busier than ever in the next life.

I think this is a wonderful app that has a lot of great content. My only criticism, is there’s no easy way to share videos or send links from the app. I wanna get the word out!

Ave Maria Radio provides an abundance of thought provoking and sometimes difficult topics. I appreciate this because they are anchored in solid Catholic teaching and help listeners to better understand their faith and live it more fully. Ave Maria Radio programs are trustworthy and their hosts gently remind all of us to never be afraid to share Christ with others! Thank you ALL at Ave!

The best source for audio archives
I enjoy listening to podcasts as I work and it can be hard to find a reliable source for historical archives to revisit some of my favorites. Apple’s podcast app for Christ is the Answer is terrible about having the archives available. This is my go-to.

Issues with iOS 16
Under iOS 16 (16.0.2), after I touch “Ave Maria Radio Live”, the app goes to a background screen, but there’s no longer a pause button at the bottom of that screen, like there was on iOS 15. So it looks like this app needs an update to restore that functionality on iOS 16 (and testing of the other app functionality).
I tried “App Support” on the App Store”, but that just dumped me on the Ave Maria Radio homepage. So I had to post my feedback here. Thanks!
