This release focuses on running an event from your phone. Mobile Event command center • The Event tab is now a focused command center: live pulse metrics, guide toast composer, and run of show without leaving the surface. • Larger touch targets and clearer empty states throughout the mobile event and venue tabs. • Direct SMS moved out of event dialogs and onto broadcasts, so message ownership is unambiguous. Guest Journey intelligence • Analytics now shows a live view of where guests are in their journey, with signal confidence. • Archived journey aggregates let you compare an event against past ones. • Tab engagement and dwell reporting corrected to match what guests actually did. Organization messaging • Add managed Twilio messaging, or connect your own Twilio account, per organization. • Recipient SMS blocks are now surfaced so suppressed numbers are visible. • Legacy organization senders are preserved during the schema refresh. Guest notifications and segments • Guest notifications are now separate from tasks, so a notification no longer creates work you did not ask for. • Segment deletion moved into the editor, with a more compact audience picker. • Segment editor supports event team routing and entrance selection. Reliability • Scheduled broadcasts keep their state through refresh failures and show a stale indicator instead of silently reverting. • The Hub inbox recovers after realtime and query failures, and refreshes expired auth before loading. • Task creation preserves your input when AI assistance is unavailable. Accessibility and polish • Improved contrast on Event Setup and Live Data surfaces. • Accessibility improvements across operator chrome and navigation. • Venue parking pin controls fixed; venue templates centralized.
