I have been using the app normally when suddenly my membership points turning negative. I have seek for enquiries from your team twice but no response. This is my first time encountering app with negative membership points. I understand if it expired but why negative????

Scan freezes
The scan receipt is not working, always freezing when recognizing the receipt. Therefore the receipt can’t get accepted by the app and one can’t get any points.
