App is lacking
App is fine if the auto match works. If you have to manually enter information, it does not have all of the fields required to get an actual reimbursement from company. Even worse when you get denied the app isn’t capable of showing the entire denial reason, you must either log into their website or call customer service to see.

The app is very easy to use, my only struggle has been that I cannot change the account for deposits through the app. Otherwise I have found the app very helpful.
Convenient
It’s very convenient when the app works. Sometimes they don’t process check on time due to staffing but it’s nice having the smart phone app instead of using desk top
