Flexibility

Having good fun with this app - it would be even better if I could access the different lenses on my iPhone, and possibly also stop the sequence once the image had developed to the pint I needed

Works well on iPhone 14 pro max

Agree UI could be updated but it works well as is. Iphone 14 Pro Max.

Not saving

Love the app but it doesn’t save to my photos. Need advice.

No longer works on iPhone 15 pro

Unfortunately this app has not seen an update in years and no longer works if you are using an iPhone 15 Pro.

Excellent

After having this app for so long (6 yrs maybe) ..my only worry is that when I get my next iPhone, maybe it will nolonger work ..as there’s always a moment, when this app comes in handy :)

FAQ

What does Average Camera Pro do?

Average Camera Pro takes multiple pictures and calculates the average of these images. This process normalizes the result, making the lightest pixel white, which is particularly useful for producing low-noise pictures in low-light situations.

How does this app improve low-light photos?

By taking multiple exposures and averaging them, the app significantly reduces image noise. It also normalizes pixel values and ensures the brightest pixel becomes white, leading to clearer and sharper images in dim lighting.

Is Average Camera Pro free to use?

Yes, the application is available for free. There are no in-app purchases or advertisements mentioned, indicating a completely free experience for users.

What are the best practices for using Average Camera Pro?

Due to the long exposure times involved in averaging multiple pictures, it is recommended to stabilize your device. Lean your iPhone against a surface to avoid camera shake and ensure sharp, clear results.

What kind of photos is this app best for?

This app is best suited for capturing images in low-light environments where noise is typically a significant issue. It's also useful for situations where you want to achieve a smoother, less grainy image by averaging multiple shots.
