This app is the worst it’s almost embarrassing for companies who have chosen it ! I worked for a 3plus billion dollar company and they have this outdated crap app horrible !!!

Very annoying to work with, too many steps to find a simple report!
Pathetic
It’s embarrassing how terrible these apps are. You can’t even get past the tour intro page because the button to finish overlaps with the bullet markers and gets you stuck in this endless loop of clicking. This company should just shut down. Nobody’s home.

Can’t use the app because the tutorial navigation is covering the close:finish option.

You have to delete the app and reinstall it every couple of weeks or it doesn’t work properly. Pretty annoying

Every time I try to access the the app it just goes back to the main screen. Is there an update for this app?
No longer works
This app has always been clunky and slow. Now since iOS 12, the app won’t stay open on an iPhone X. As much as Avero charged for service, they should get their act together before someone comes in and takes their business.

Filtering
On desktop site it’s easy to switch days to see logbook or Sales on the app you have to open filter switch dates.

Avero w/Aloha POS
The online app is great for quick searches on sales, end of day, server report etc. i would love to see more options added, I'm not saying to be a clone of the desktop Avero Slingshot version, but maybe add some of those functions to the app. For example, adding the item sales reporting per date and revenue center. I think a lot of hospitality management employees are using their smartphones to check, update a date of service in order to have more of a presence on the floor and not in the back office. But overall the current version of this app is a great helpful tool.

Best Thing Since Sliced Bread
The Avero Mobile app is such a great tool that takes all of the data in Slingshot and boils it down to high level details great for on-the-go information. I use it quite frequently in meetings and it is so refreshing to have the answers to my questions right at my fingertips (or I guess thumb-tips...).

Beautifully designed and easy to use. This app brings all of the best parts of slingshot to my phone. Easy to retrieve and send out reports to my managers and chefs across all of our restaurants. We are finding ourselves using it more and more.
