Missing many features
A lot of icons show no information when selected. All the important stuff says, “check back later.” I’ve been on the app for about two months. Many long time users tell me it’s been this way from the launch.
You’d be better off to shut it down until it all works. When providing a service, never show your customer something they can’t have.
