Excellent lock, with one minor flaw
This is probably one of the best electronic handles for multipoint locks (If you are an iPhone user).
However: if the door is unlocked via internal knob the lock very occasionally does not register it has been unlocked and when the exterior lever is subsequently lifted up the door does not lock, with the possibility of leaving the house unlocked, if not checked.
This issue could be very easy fixed, as follows:
If the interior handle can be pushed down the door is definitely unlocked; so, if this action always sets the status of the lock to “unlocked” it would not matter if unlocking with the internal knob had not been detected and the door should always lock when the outside lever was lifted.

Latest update causing problems
The most recent update asked for the lock to update firmware. Upon doing so the lock became unresponsive and the app kept saying the lock was not aligned, despite following the instructions the app kept crashing to the Home Screen and then the lock would appear unresponsive. I had to reset the lock completely and re-add it to HomeKit which meant I had to recreate my automations for the lock. So Avia, I’ve had 2 great years with this lock but please review your latest update, it is extremely buggy.

Had high hopes for this lock.
Install was clean and easy. Worked a few times then jammed. Was locked out. Rang the company for advice and was told “there were no technicians available and to get a locksmith”. Sent it back snd was told they hadn’t received it. Had to screenshot the delivery proof and they had of course received it.

Great lock but recent update is poor
I love the lock and the integration with Apple home and recently I’ve looked into IOS Shortcuts app and NFC tags to further automate my home including locking and unlocking the doors. (Too lazy to talk to Siri).
When I purchased the lock there was an issue with the external handle; probably my error in ordering, but Avia (Mighton) sorted it out very quickly and no fuss.
I would criticise one thing though, the recent app update and/ or hardware update literally causes my locks to drain battery quickly, I fed this back with no reply and months later there is no change and no update.
Fresh batteries in and a 2 weeks later; 66% 😒
Come on Avia I know you can do better.
Sort the app out or the hardware for the lock to prevent battery drain please.

Great app and handle
Really like this handle and app. Pretty easy to fit and works really well. Your door locks as soon as you lift the handle and app lets you know if you are locked or unlocked.
Also got the fobs, which are smart and easy to use.
